The IKON IPP47 Pizza Prep Table is a versatile addition for pizza establishments. It provides 12 cu. ft. of storage space and measures 47-2/5"W x 32-1/3"D x 41-7/10"H. The stainless steel pan rail holds six 1/3 GN pans (included), and there's a removable cutting board for food prep. It features one hinged door, adjustable shelf, electronic thermostat (33°F to 40°F), and digital LED display for temperature monitoring. Automatic defrost simplifies maintenance. The interior is built with stainless steel, aluminum, and ABS materials. This unit uses R290 refrigerant and rolls on 4" casters. It operates with a 1/2 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph, and 5.0 amps.
