Description
The IKON IPP71-2D is a versatile 70" Two-Section Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table. Its stainless steel pan rail accommodates nine 1/3 GN pans (included), and it features a removable polyethylene cutting board for food prep. This unit includes two drawers, one solid hinged door, and an adjustable shelf. The electronic thermostat allows for temperature control in the 33°F to 40°F range, with a digital LED temperature display for monitoring. Automatic defrost simplifies maintenance. The interior is constructed with a stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls & door backs. The unit's stainless steel top, front, and sides ensure durability. It operates with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 refrigerant. The unit is easy to move with 4" casters (2 braked) and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph, and 5.0 amps. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for pizza preparation.
