The IKON ISP29M is a Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit designed for commercial kitchens. It has a 7 cu. ft. capacity, measures 28-9/10"W x 34-1/2"D x 43-1/5"H, and features a stainless steel top with an opening for twelve 1/6 pans (included). The unit has one solid hinged door, an adjustable shelf, a removable cutting board, and digital LED temperature display. Its stainless steel interior, front, and sides are durable and easy to clean. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 1/3 HP compressor and R290 refrigerant. The unit is certified by cULus and UL EPH, making it ideal for food service establishments.
