Description
The IKON ISP61 is a two-section Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit with a 15.5 cu. ft. capacity. It measures 61-1/5"W x 29-9/10"D x 43-1/5"H and features a stainless steel top with an opening for sixteen 1/6 pans, which are included. The unit is equipped with two solid hinged doors, two adjustable shelves, and a removable cutting board for convenience. It has an electronic thermostat with a temperature range of 33° to 40°F, and the digital LED temperature display makes monitoring easy. The interior boasts a 304 stainless steel floor and aluminum back wall, while the exterior is constructed of stainless steel. The unit is mounted on 2-1/2" swivel casters, with two of them braked. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant and is powered by a 1/2 HP compressor on 115v/60/1-ph. The unit comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications for your peace of mind.
